FinancialYou

Credit Defense Hub teaches you how things work. FinancialYou — built by the same team — is a self-guided workspace for organizing your own next steps: your documents, your deadlines, your plan.

What it helps with

  • Organizing credit reports, letters, and evidence in one place
  • Keeping track of dispute and validation follow-up dates
  • Working through educational, self-paced modules on credit, debt, and bankruptcy preparation
  • Building a budget and a debt payoff plan you actually understand

What it is not

FinancialYou is not a law firm, not a credit repair organization, and not a financial advisor. It does not dispute items for you, does not prepare or file bankruptcy petitions, does not promise any score change or outcome, and does not replace advice from a licensed professional. You enter your own information and make your own decisions — the tool’s job is to keep you organized and informed while you do.

Why we built it this way

The credit repair industry is full of companies charging monthly fees for things you can do yourself for free. We took the opposite approach: teach everything openly on this site, and offer an optional tool for people who want structure while they do the work themselves.

Free education here never requires it. If you never click that button, every guide, template, and checklist on this site still works for you.

Educational information — not advice

This page provides general educational information about credit, debt, and consumer protections. It is not legal advice, financial advice, or credit repair services, and reading it does not create any professional relationship. Laws, procedures, deadlines, and dollar amounts vary by state and change over time.

For advice about your specific situation, consult a licensed attorney or qualified financial professional. See our full disclaimer.
